Reports 5 through 8
Wednesday, October 31, Joshua called Manoj at 9 am and found out that he had not left yet to come and get us. We knew it would be impossible then for him to come and get us by 1 pm. Joshua wanted us to come with him and visit the villages where there was lot of flood damage and people had died. But it never worked out for us to do that. We think that Joshua had too many phone calls from his village pastors who were needing help, and other trips to make to deliver students to
schools.

Hi Everyone, I realize we are well into the new year, and I`ve been pretty silent. It hasn`t been because I don`t have anything to say, just not the time nor opportunity to say it! When I finished my first year in Bolivia, I told myself that with all that had fit into that year, I couldn`t imagine what God had planned for the next year, and so it was. Now I`m finishing up my 3rd year (May 19 will make it three), and things are still on target for never being boring!

Larry took us and dropped us off at the Spokane
airport terminal at 3:45 Wednesday morning. Since we
are staying three months in India this time, all our
checked-in suitcases were packed as much as they could
hold, weights ranging from 50 to 65 lbs. All were
tagged with orange “heavy†labels. The carry-on’s
were limited to 15 lbs, and the camera and laptop bags
to 9 lbs. each. These being full of our equipment,
Wayne was wondering where to pack some of his clothes.
The solution was to wear all his extra clothes which
wouldn’t fit into the luggage. Under his jeans he
wore two pair of underwear, his pajama bottoms, and a
pair of sweats. On top he wore the pajama top, two
shirts, and a sweat jacket.

Dear Family and Friends,
The past two months have been quite interesting with new twists and turns drawing us ever nearer to our goals of broadcasting the Good News to the world! New programming has begun to be edited for broadcast, new volunteers have arrived to support our upcoming construction effort, and we have been quite happy to be able to be a support to two other start-up ministries as well. One ministry just received a large boat that will enable them to do medical missionary work on the Amazon in Brazil and another ministry received a donation to enable them to stream Christian video programming on the web. The Lord constantly keeps us busy serving Him and He continues to bless us in the process. We trust that you will enjoy reading about what the Lord has enabled us to do and that He will bless you today as well!

Monday, October 22, I was able to send out the first
update. Apparently what we thought in arriving here
was the end of the rainy season was only the beginning
for this area, according to Joshua. Continue reading ‘Wayne and Shelley Senner: India Trip Report, October 24, 2007′

Closed Published by admin March 3rd, 2008 in Advance Centre of Evangelism“One worker who has been trained and educated for the work, who is controlled by the Spirit of Christ, will accomplish far more than ten laborers who go out deficient in knowledge, and weak in the faith. One who works in harmony with the counsel of God, and in unity with the brethren, will be more efficient to do good, than ten will be who do not realize the necessity of depending upon God, and of acting in harmony with the general plan of the work†(Evangelism, p. 109).
