Jesus 4 Asia | Opportunities and Open Doors
0 Comments Published by admin August 31st, 2008 in Thailand | TV: Media Frontier Mission NetworkHello everyone,
20,000 baht (about 585 USD) have been given to Pastor Phamor for printing a condensed version of the Great Controversy in Thai. This is through Project Steps to Christ. Please get involved this project.
“I am more anxious to see a wide circulation for this book than for any others I have written; for in The Great Controversy, the last message of warning to the world is given more distinctly than in any of my other books.”–Letter 281, 1905
Shall we flood the world with this most important book?

What does it mean to be a Mission Pilot?
0 Comments Published by admin August 28th, 2008 in AMA VenezuelaBy Mark Christensen
Student mission pilot to Venezuela
Mathew 28 commissions us
“Go ye therefore and teach all nations.”
In my opinion this is the most cherished aspect of having a relationship with God. Our responsibility to God can be accomplished at home or in foreign lands, but as a mission pilot one often serves abroad. What I have encountered in the process of preparation for this work is life changing. I will share with you some of what I believe are the highlights of my journey. Mongolia Medical Aviation | Plane Crash - Beaver & Rebecca
0 Comments Published by admin August 27th, 2008 in AMA MongoliaDear Family and Friends,
Last time we wrote, the big issue for us was, Will we be able to fly the plane to Mongolia through Russia, or should we take the wings off and crate it? Shortly after writing the last letter, we felt that the answer to this question became clear we should crate it. The answer did not come in the direct form of yes or no, but as Gods answers often seem to come to us, there was a chain of advice, information, and circumstances that led to our decision. Some of the fun factors included the figurative mountains of paperwork, the fact that Russia charges a fee per kilometer that we fly in their airspace, and the necessary inconvenience of waiting weeks or perhaps months on the Alaskan/Russia border waiting for Russian clearance to fly through their airspace. After much prayer we felt relief that the crate was the right direction, and then we began to get excited; now well be able to take medical supplies and such in the crate as well! Many times people do not understand God’s way,
“For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.†Isaiah 55:8, 9.
It has been seven years since I came to the United States. Most people that come to the United States have a dream to make lots of money and have a big home in the United States and/or in the country they came from. This was my dream. I wanted to learn English, get an education, followed by a job, which would in turn lead to making lots of money. I wanted to have a big farm in Panama with a big truck.
I spent one and a half years learning English and working 70 hours a week while attending school full-time. When I was a sophomore I was sick and tired of the college life and my routine. I wandered around with no direction. Many young college students feel this same way. Continue reading ‘International Health & Lifestyle Ministry’
