Dear Family and Friends,

I have been terribly delinquent with
writing to you and letting you know what is going on here in Grenada.
Please accept my apologies!  With many exciting developments taking
place within GFN, I couldn’t wait any longer to give you a brief report
of what God is doing and has been doing in preparation to spread His
good news to the world in these last days.

Subject: God Chooses Aircraft in Australia

It is an absolute privilege to share with you the way God has lead in the acquisition of this aircraft.

Firstly to recap the events leading up to this point. Both the CBHI Board and the CBHI Aviation Board had concluded we should pursue the purchase of an older (pre 1985) Cessna 172. Even although a new model Cessna 182 had been found and deemed appropriate, it was agreed that its additional cost could not be justified at this point. By searching all advertising avenues six suitable aircraft were found. We set about the process of contacting each of the vendors and discovering what we could prior to creating a shortlist for inspection. This proved to be significantly more difficult than would reasonably be expected. Bear in mind we are in economic turbulence where luxury items such as aircraft are more for sale than they are being bought. That said, for each of the sellers we contacted - two had been sold within days of us contacting them ??? Two sellers would not return our calls of enquiry ??? Two sellers had decided to remove their aircraft from sale - one quite dramatically…ie after hearing of our intention to view her plane (we were the first to inquire), had a sleepless night and consequently decided the following morning to remove it from sale!

We began asking questions - over this two week period why had every door that we had tried to open closed? What was God telling us?

The Chocolate Soldier
or Heroism - The Lost Chord of Christianity
by C.T. Studd (1860-1931)

“Heroism is the lost chord; the
missing note of present-day Christianity!”

Every true soldier is a hero! A SOLDIER WITHOUT HEROISM IS A CHOCOLATE SOLDIER! Who has not been stirred to scorn and mirth at the very thought of a Chocolate Soldier? In peace true soldiers are captive lions, fretting in their cages. War gives them their liberty and sends them, like boys
bounding out of school, to obtain their heart’s desire or perish in the attempt. Battle is
the soldier’s vital breath! Peace turns him into a stooping asthmatic. War makes him a
whole man again, and gives him the heart, strength, and vigour of a hero.

EVERY TRUE CHRISTIAN IS A SOLDIER — of Christ — a hero “par excellence!”
Braver than the bravest - scorning the soft seductions of peace and her oft repeated
warnings against hardship, disease, danger and death, whom he counts among his bosom
friends.

I Just want to share my personal testimony of how God miraculously spared our lives in the plane accident. I also want to thank God that I can close off the year with my wonderful wife and my two kids. For those of you who have been praying for us, we want to thank you for the many prayers you offered on our behalf. God has been good to us and took us through those difficult times.

“It was a trial that God allowed us to go through”
* They tell of the moments of anguish they experienced, while flying over Leon, without an airstrip,
* And the unity with their Christian family that was felt by all the injured.
José Luis González
DATE - 23:28 - 12/03/2008 - LEON

Gerardo Callazo Cardoza, 26, a Mexican member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church, and one of the victims of the plane crash that occurred on Monday, said that the moments of terror that the six crew members experienced, are part of the trials that God gave them “through the selfless love that He has towards us.”

“When we were falling out of the sky - at 10PM in Leon - I felt calm and at peace, because thank God I am working for Him and I just thought that everything would be okay, no fear! Now I am still not afraid nor have any fear of traveling by plane. My companions are also stable and have confidence to continue working because God spared our lives, and we are confident that He has great purposes for us, and we can only keep working for Him, and move forward to serve others,” added Callazo, who was discharged Wednesday from the Hospital in Leon.

Elijah's Letter

We would like to announce that the GMI Media and Audio center is now Back online.

We recently had to go offline with the Media and Audio center because there was a massive fluctuation in downloads reaching over 13,990 hits this month which is 4 times the amount of last month!! Praise God!

However our server didn’t like it and hit its maximum download capacity!! It Is great news when there is so much activity regarding spreading God Message around the world. It tells us that People are desperately seeking and the urgency of our Savior’s work is being heard!

We do however apologize for those who have wanted to listen or download the files and have not been able! You are now able to access the Media center by clicking on menu above or following this link. Please tell your friends and family we are back online.

Thank you and God Bless!
