HCBN Report: Gestures of Grace Relief Operation at Isla Gigantes

Christian Greetings!

On November 8, 2015 will mark the 2nd anniversary of Typhoon Haiyan/Yolanda. Many places have been damaged and lives were lost including their livelihoods. But despite of what happened we can still feel the abounding grace of our Lord through the generous heart of the people who never get tired of extending their blessings.

In line with this, the Gestures of Grace in cooperation with HCBN had a relief operation last October 4, 2015 at Brgy. Asluman, Isla Gigantes at Carles, Iloilo. Gestures of Grace gave out 3 motor boats to 3 selected recipients as part of their livelihood project. We also gave out 2 bicycles, school materials, fruits and toys for children.

Truly, God’s graces are sufficient! May we always lift to our prayers the victims of the typhoon and help them to stand up and start over again.
